Show THE WW THICK. Three to Four Hundred Iill:irs llolni: Kxiiemled on it. The new race course ground south of town has been a scene of great activity during the past week. Nearly doxen men nnd ninny teams have been actively engaged, plowing, senping and grading. The indications are that not only a good but a very fast track will be built. Three or four hundred dollars are being spent by our enUnfciastic and enterprising enterpris-ing driving association on the new course. They intend to make this second to no track in northern Utah. It will be in condition for driving by the fore part of next week, when our local sports will begin putting their promising you n g steppe rs u n d er a v i go ro 1 1 s training. Most of these young colts will make their first appearance appear-ance on July Fourth. Some very interesting races are looked for. |
