Show Rex Erickson Given . Alilitary Funeral The remains of Bex Erickson, whosedeinl.se this paper mentioned last week, arrived here last Friday evening from Evanston, Wyoming, and were given burial in Gunnison c nnetery the next day. The body of Mr. Erickson lay in hlate and was viewed at the Beterson j undertaking room until 2 o, clock p.m. Saturday, .January 4,- when cortege was formed under the direction- ol Marenus Beauregard and procetded to tlie cemetery. Recently returntd soldier boys acted act-ed as pallbearers and gave military hotiurs at the cemetery, the dedicatory dedi-catory being offered by Bishop E. L. fcwalberg, this being the only service. The deceased was a volunteer from Gunnison in the army service, but had been given bis discharge some ago and was residing with a . ister at Evanston when lie contracted the Mckuess which terminated in deatli We have been unable to learn particulars par-ticulars of ills army career. |
