Hawaii's War Savings Stamps reports for the year ending December 31, 1918. show total sales of $2,020,000 worth of War Sayings Stamps sold, which is $20,000 over their quota. Two thousand dollars of this amount was sold to thirty-two lepers at the Penlkese Island Leper Colony, which amounts to $62 per capita, or three times more than the per capita quota for the United States, namely: $20. !
