Show honors and Miss Giade Bown the consolation con-solation prize. Dinner was served at five o'clock, music was featured until un-til well in the early evening, Miss Weiser, the Misses Kown and Miss Ftta Jepson taking part. A branch at West View was A. M. Christenson, members of the Tuesday Evening card club were entertained en-tertained January 2 at the home of Dr. and Mrs. J. A. Hagan. Prizes were won by Mrs. C. N. Jensen and J. E. Metcalf. The Misses Leon and Geneva Edwards Ed-wards gave a 500 party at their home Friday afternoon to the following guests: Misses Rilla Kearns, Babe Kearns, Delia Childs, Lucile Soren-son, Soren-son, Nora Weiser, Anna Anderson, Jessie iPeterson, Donetta Peterson, Violet Kamerman, Etta Jepson, Glade Bown, Lucile Bown, and Mrs. J. W. Bown. Five hands were played, play-ed, Mrs. J. W. Jones winning first school in Tooelo was home to spend the holiday with Lhis mother, Mrs. Sarah E. Newman. Garney Jensen, who was formerly of this city but now residing permanently per-manently at Tooele after a few years rambling has been a few days in Gunnison Gun-nison calling on relatives. Garney is numbered with the fraternity of electricians. J. W. Edwards and daughter, Ro-selda, Ro-selda, returned Wednesday from a business trip to Salt Lake. Mrs. Ray Gilbreth of Fresno, Cal. is in Gunnison for the New Year holiday week the guest of her friend, Miss Dottie Jensen. Mrs. Gilbreth was formerly Miss Rebecca Jensen of this city and is sister to C. N.
