Show CHARLOTTE E. ROPER DEAD Funeral services will take place from the Relief Society hall Saturday morning at 11 o'clock for Charlotte E. Roper, who died Monday evening December 13, 1915, at the family residence resi-dence in this city, of pneumonia and I heart trouble, in her 48th year. Charlotte Elizabeth Roper was born in Gunnison, December 15, 1867, the daughter of Austin Keams and Mary Jorgensen. She became the wife or W. Simpson Roper, who survives sur-vives besides seven children the issue of their marriage and two grandchildren. grandchil-dren. The children are Mrs. Joseph H. Ferre, and Simpson K, married; Bennle, Leland, Jess, John and Del-mont. Del-mont. Mrs. Eoper was known for her amiable disposition and activity in Relief society work. The decorations seen at most of the funerals held in this ward for many years were set undei her faithful supervision. Mrs. Roper will be sadly missed in the community as well as in the family circle broken by her departure. Her Illness was brief and announcement announce-ment of her death came as a surprise to the numerous acquaintances. To mourn her loss besides the Immediate family are her parents, 5 brothers and 2 sisters. |
