Show Stallions Must Be Licensed Dr. H. J. Fredericks of the Utah Agricultural college, also a member of the Utah state board of horse commissioners com-missioners advises all owners of stallions stal-lions to procure licenses for this season's sea-son's standing, at once. A number of stallion owners havn't yet complied com-plied with the state law on licensing stallions and unless they do so, will be liable to suit by tie state. Address Ad-dress all inquiries to "State Board of Horse Commissioners, Logan, Utah, care Agricultural College." Two important experiment station circulars have just been issued and. are now ready for distribution. Circular Cir-cular 20, "Capsule Method of Breeding Breed-ing Mares," and 19, "Licensed Stallions Stal-lions in Utah During Season of 1915." They may be had by applying to the experiment station, U.
