Show CENTERFIELD. Oct. 27 The Mutuals met conjointly conjoint-ly last Sunday night as an opening of the season's work. At the meeting meet-ing arrangements were effected to make the organization complete in every detail and make this a banner year for mutual improvement work in Centerfield. A good force of men is now at work on the extension of the trench for j Centerfield's new water system. A I stretch of over five miles is to be laid and covered from the distributing distribut-ing tank to the source a short distance dis-tance north of May Held. A mass-meeting was held Monday evening at which the advisability of letting Christenburg people have water wa-ter from the Centerfield syst m was discussed pro and con. However, not hing deflnte was reached. From the sentiments expressed it is not unlikely that such will be done. A nice piece of cement work was done Monday in the construction of a valk approaching the meeting house. The job was altogether accomplished ac-complished by donation, a force of men responding readily to an action at the prieshood meeting on Sunday morning. Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Embley mourn the loss of their infant son, Louis C, its death occurring suddenly sudden-ly in the early morning of yesterday, of heart failure.
