Show Notice Of Special Stockholders Stock-holders Meeting. NOTICE is hereby given, that a special meeting of the Stock-holders of the Fayette ;anal Company, will be held at the office of aid company, at tho town of Fayette, in San-lete San-lete county, on the 22nd day of May. 1909, at he hpur of 7 o'clock p. m. for the purpose of rotiug on the propositions to amend the Articles of incorporation of said Company, is follows, to-wit: At said mreting it is proposed to amend Article II of said articles of Incorporation, by itricking out from said Article tho words "Milling. Manufacturing." At said meeting. It is proposed to amend Article III of said articles of incorporation, so that said Article, when amended shall read as follows: The capital stock of this company shall be Forty Six Thousand Eight Uundrod Dollars, divided into FouiJ,Thousar;l Six hundred Eighty shares, of the par value of Ten Dollars each. At said meeting it is prorosed to amend Article VX of said Articles of incorporation, so that said article, when amended, shall read as follows: At all meetings of Stock-hnMimi Stock-hnMimi voting Shall be by ballot, any stock- holder maj vote by proxy duly authorized by -him in writing. At said meeting. It is proposed to amend Article XX of said articles of incorporation, by stricklng out from said Articles, the said Article XX thereof and enserting in lieu teereof, the following, to wit: Subcrlptions to the oapltal stock of this corporation, have been paid for, by its subscribers, sub-scribers, by each of them causing, to be conveyed con-veyed to this corporation, what is commonly known as the ltobdins and Kearns Dam and Canal, also, 16, 30-70 second feet of water rights from tho waters of the Sevier River, being one-half of the waters Decread to the Robbins and Kearns Dam ano Canal Company, Com-pany, also 14,20-70 second feet of water rights from the wsters of Sevier Kiver, being one-half one-half ef the waters decreed to the Fayette Canal Company, by that certain Decree, i rendered and entered by the Hon. E. V. Higgins. Judge presiding mtneutstrictouit,, of the Fifth Judicial District Court of the State of Utah, sitting within and for Millard-County, Millard-County, on the oth day of January, 1901, in the case of The Deseret Irrigation Company, et aj. vs, Samuel Mclntyre, et al. Besides other water water rights from the Sevier and Sanpitch Rivers, and other and additional canals, rights and incidents thereunto belonging, be-longing, all being:of a value exceeding the pair value of the stock subscribed, and is received re-ceived by this Company as and for payment in lull ior said stock subscribed for.
