The decision to accept the compromise compro-mise was reached Monday by the cabinet cab-inet and the premier announced in the chamber of deputies on Tuesday that the government had made M. Masson's motion its own. When the chamber met Tuesday the conciliatory motion of M. Masson, the liberal leader, was taken up immediately. |
