Plans for an edu 'cational campaign to extend from coast to coast were outlined by dele gates to the first annual convention ol the United Exposition Association ol Irrigated states, which met at the Commercial club Monday. After perfecting per-fecting its organization and naming officers for the year, the asociatiou passed a resolution advocating co-op eration with the National Farm Land congress in the exposition feature proposed by the national organization. C. J. Stinsel of Boise, Ida., was elected elect-ed president of the organization; Reilly Atkinson, also of Boise, waa elected secretary-treasurer, and Pro fessor L. A. Merrill of Salt Lake was elected Utah vice-president. The nexl session of the association will be held in Chicago during the latter part ol the present year. ' |
