Show Notice of Special Election to Vote On Issue of Bonds. Notice is hereby jrlvfn that a special election will bo hold ai the City Hall In Gun-uiiou Gun-uiiou Citv, on tlie .sib day of l-'ebruai'.t . IH10. for the purpose of voting for or against the proposition to issue the Bonds of Gunnison City, iti the sum of Thirteen and One-half Tliousaud Dollars, to become due. In Twenty years from their date, and payable at ar.y tlmo before that date and after Ton years from tuoir date, at the pleasure of G uimison City, with interest at the rale, of live per, cent, per annum, payable semi-annually. Ni'Ue proceeds from the sale of said nonds to be devoted to the construction of a Water system for Gunnison City, and the supplying of the Inhabitants of Gunnison City with water for domestic and culinary purposes, Said water and water system. 10 ! owned and controlled exclusively by Gunnison Gunni-son City, Polls will 'be open and lemain open from 7 o'clock a. m. .to 7 o'clock p. m. of that day.
