Show ANOTHER ARMY SEN.T TO FRANCE Million and a Quarter Fresh Troops Sent to Front by England. Havre, France. Directly following Lord Kitchener's speech at the lord mayor's banquet in London, in whick he said he had 1,250,000 men ready to land in France, there has been a steady stream of transports from England Eng-land to Havre. As many as 20ft ships Df various sizes have been lying out-lido out-lido tho harbor at one time. Men are being landed as fast aa the ships an 8nd berths.
