Show ' U:.UE8 TilK HtBASEILY. M. KiihIkii Will Stall Hit) Killer prise April ir. Yesterday, M. L. Ensign informed in-formed a Biiuucit reporter that he had leased the creamery building and machinery from the Pioneer Creamery Co. and expected to start up the business about April 1 fi and push it for all it is worth. He hopes, by paying as high a price for milk as the business will possibly justify, to be able to purchase pur-chase from 5,000 to (1,000 pounds of milk a day. From this between 200 and 250 pounds of butler can bo manufactured daily. M r. Ensign, assisted by his son Wesley, who got a good insight into the business last year, will do most of the work. A home creamery is a legitimate enterprise which ought to flourish in this vicinity. We trust Mr. Ensign's efforts :is to the success of the enterprise will exceed his most ardent expectations. |
