Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the board of directors of the Nevada Zinc Mining Company, held on the 24th day of October, 1916, an assessment (Assessment No. 2) of one (1 cent) per share was levied and assessed on the outstanding capital stock of said corporation, payable pay-able on October 24th, 191G, to B. Any stock upon which this assessment assess-ment may remain unpaid on the 25th day of November, 1916, will be delinquent delin-quent and advertised for sale at public pub-lic auction, and unless payment is made 'before, so much thereof as is necessary will be sold at the office of this company, on the 16th day of December, De-cember, at 11 o'clock a. m. to pay delinquent de-linquent asessment thereon, together with costs of advertising and expenses ex-penses of sale.
