Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the board of directors held on the 12th day of November, 1918, an assessment of one-fourth () cent per share was levied on the capital stock of the Cottonwood Metal Mining Company, payable immediately to S. J. Truman, treasurer, 503 Utah Savings Sav-ings & Trust building, Salt Lake City, Utah. Any stock upon which this assessment assess-ment may remain unpaid on the 12th day of December, 1918, will be delinquent de-linquent and advertised for sale at public pub-lic auction, and unless payment thereof there-of is made before, will be sold on the 27th day of December, 1918, to pay the delinquent assessment, together with the costs of advertising and expense ex-pense of sale.
