Buswell, requested that reservations res-ervations for the annual club breakfast, break-fast, April 29, be sent in not later than April 25. MR. and Mrs. Theodore Jewell Welcker have arrived from Baton Ba-ton Rouge, La., where they were married April 9. Mrs. Welcker was formerly Miss Gladys Glanelloni, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. G. Gia-nelloni Gia-nelloni of Burtville, La. Mr. Welcker is a well known mining enginer of this city and was first lieutenant with the Forty-third coast artillery in France. He received his discharge in San Francisco last January. He is a son of Mrs. Rhoda C. Welcker of Salt Lake, and belongs to one of the oldest old-est families of (he state. Mr. and Mrs. Welcker are at present at home at the Newhouse hotel. t A PRETTILY arranged luncheon was given Wednesday by Mrs. A. A. Hall at her homo in the Uintah apartments, 270 West Second South stret, in honor of Miss Nettie Woolf, a bride of next week. A potted Baby Rambler rosebush, with deep crimson blossoms, was the centerpiece for the table. The place cards were hand painted in red roses, and a red and white idea was carried out in all of the details of the decorations and menu.
