Notice is hereby given that at a mass meeting of the directors, held on the 30th day of October, 1911, an assessment of one-fifth of one cent per share was levied on the capital stock of the corporation, payable on or before December 11, 1911, to Edward Ed-ward McGurrin, Secretary, at his office, of-fice, 525 Mclntyre Bulding, Salt Lake City, Utah.
