Woodbury Marsh of the City and County of Salt Lake, State of Utah, did make and deliver de-liver a certain trust deed, bearing date the 13th day of June, A. D. 1910 to J. E. Openshaw, as trustee, for the use and bsnefit of the Cmmercial Savings Benefit company, a corporation, corpora-tion, principal office at Salt Lake City, to secure the payment of a certain cer-tain debt to said corporation, of the principal sum of $2,400.00, with interest inter-est thereon, as ev'denced by a promissory prom-issory note of the same date as said trust deed, which said note is described de-scribed and referred to in said trust deed, said trust deed being du'y recorded at pages 498 to 500 inclusive In book "6-0" of Mortgages, records of Salt Lake County, on the 21st day of July, A .D. 1910, which said note and trust deed and the record thereof are hereby referred to; and whereas, the said Clarissa R. Woodbury Marsh has failed and refused, and made de fault in the payments of the installments, install-ments, includ'ng all the principal sum and indebtedness provided for in said promissory note, and secured by said trust deed; and the said Commercial Saings Benefit company, having on the 17th day of June, A.
