Show I Articles of incorporation of the Salt Lake Or- pheum Realty Co., a $300,000 concern organized to erect the new Orpheum theatre on West Second South street on the property formerly occupied by the Salt Lake Hardware company, were filed this week and it is expected work on the new theatre will begin within thirty days. Among the incorporators with shares each as stated are named: Matthew H. Walker, 990 shares; John II. Walker, 5; Louis II. Farnsworth, 5; Joseph R. Walker, 200; Charles A. Walker, 200; George R. Walker, 200; Winifred S. Prosser , 100; Ezra Thompson, 50; James D. Murdock, 50; David Keith, 100; Patrick II. Lannan, 75; Louis A. Marks, 15; Henry J. Hayward, 100; Matthew Cul-len, Cul-len, 55; M. Meyerfeld, Jr., 10. Total, 2,445 shares. The total stock is 3,000 shares, valued at ?100 b, each.
