An ordinance levying" a tax and providing pro-viding for the assessment of the property prop-erty hereinafter described on the west side of First West street botwoen Eighth South and Ninth South stroots, in Sidewalk District No. 20, for the construction of a cement sidewalk. Be It ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: Section 1. That the City Council does hereby levy the tax and provide for the assessment of the same upon the property hereinafter described in Sidewalk District No. 20, for the construction con-struction of a cement sidewalk, to-wit: In Lots 1, and 22 to 40, inclusive, Block 1, Walker's Subdivision, Block C, Plat "A," abutting on the west side of First West street botweon Eighth South and Ninth South stroots.
