Show IMPROVEMENTS AT THE LOUVRE. ; We have spent a lot of money during the last three or four weeks. We have put It into the best appointed kitchen to be found anywhere in the Inter-Mountain Country. Our facilities are now j, such that we can answer every demand of the most exacting epicure on shortest notice. Heretofore we have been hampered by lack of room, but we now have a cuisine as large as the cafe itself, perfect in every respect. These improvements have been made neces- i sary by constant increasing patronage, appreciative apprecia-tive of what we have done to give Salt Lake City a real restaurant, and those who have been satisfied satis-fied with our efforts in the past will be more than pleased with our latest effort to make the Louvre Rathskeller the peer of any cafe in the West. We wish to extend an invitation to our many friends to see our now kitchen, to inspect its many improvements and note the absolute cleanliness of every department, so complete in their arrangements arrange-ments that we are prepared to give the same prompt attention and excellent service to a large party that wo can to the individual.- We have also added a largo wine collar, we have the latest improved ice boxes affording thorough thor-ough ventilation, while keeping everything at the proper temperature. Wo have a department devoted de-voted exclusively to cold moats and salads, and a kitchen in which every requisite was made to order or-der to suit the needs of any connoisseur. j The Louvre of today is a brand new place, except that the methods which have given it lis deserved popularity are still in vogue. |
