Show II "MY HUSBAND'S BEST FRIEND." A Woman's Confession. I am a young and pretty Woman. I have got a Husband. My Husband has got a Best Friend. They went to college together and all that sort My Husband is short and fat. His Best Friend is big and brawny. My Husband is dull and un-I un-I interesting. His Best Friend is clever and I charming. I was married in Juno. In September my Husband's Hus-band's business called him to Australia. He had to be away for four months. And he had to get rondy at a moment's notice. And I would have to got ready at a moment's notice if I wanted But I didn't want to go. I am not strong. And traveling doesn't agree with me. So it was decided de-cided that I was to stay at home. He used to sing for me. I used to sing for him. Sometimes we used to sing duets. And the first thing we knew the four months wore up. And my Husband returned. And what do you think? Can you guess? Oh, you Men of the World and you Women of the Worm can't you guess? I don't believe you can! My Husband still loved me. And I still loved him. For his Best Friend had not fallen in love with mo.
