Johnson, who has been Mr. New-house's New-house's "head man" in the office for some years, is to leave shortly' for Europe. Miss Johnson will spend a year or more abroad in study and travel. t & ' The Macleans, Dr. and Mrs. Maclean and Alln, are expected back to the city some time before long. Mrs. David S. Murray and her little daughter, Genevieve, left yesterday for Los Angeles to spend a part of the winter with the Jevnes. S Mrs.. Dickson arid his-daughter, Mrs. Schulder, have gone to Washington for a short stay. Mr. and Mrs. Edward McGurrin have gone to Chicago on a trip of a few weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Samuel F. Fenton left Thursday for Chicago, where they will spend the early part of the winter. t ?
