To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given that a special tax for ho pUrpbso of constructing a cement sidewalk four feet wide, on both sides of First, Second and Third streets for their entire length, and on both sides of all cross streets from A street to U street, both streets inclusive, inclu-sive, between South Temple and Third streets, in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 24, 25 and 2C, has been levied by tho City. Council and confirmed by ordinance dated October 11th, 1905. One-sixth One-sixth thereof shall become delinquent November 11th, 1905; one-sixth there-, of shall becofrio delinquent November 11th, 1906; one-sixth thereof shall bo-come bo-come delinquent November 11th, 1907; one-sixth thereof shall bocomo delinquent delin-quent November 11th, 1908; one-sixth thereof shall become delinquent November No-vember 11th, 1909; one sixth thereof shall bocomo delinquent November 11th, 1910. Each of said installments, oxcept tho first, shall draw interest at tho rate of 6 per cent per annum from tho dato of the levy as aforesaid, and If any or either of said installments shall bo unpaid when they become do-ilnquont, do-ilnquont, interest thereon shall be at tho rate of 8 per cent per annum until such delinquent installments are fully paid.
