Bo it ordained by tho City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTIO 1. That tho City Council does here y levy tho tax and provide for tho jsessment of tho same upon tho property hereinafter described in Paving Districts Nos. 7, 27 and 28, for tho purpose of providing for tho grading, grad-ing, guttering and curbing, and paving of a portion of said districts, to-wlt: In Lots 5, C, 7 and 8, Block 37; 5 and C, Block 38; 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 47; 1 and 2, Block 48, Plat "B," inputting input-ting on both sides of Third South Street between Fourth East and Sixth East Streets.
