An ordinance amending" and re-enacting Section 273 of tho Revised Ordinances Ordi-nances of Salt Lake City of 1903, as amended by an ordlnanco passed by the City Council November 5, 1908, and ap-roved ap-roved by the Mayor November G, 1908. Be it ordained by tho City Codncil of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 273 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1903. as amended by an ordinance passed by tho City Council November 5, 190?, and npproved by the Mayor November No-vember C, 1908, be, and tho same hereby 'is, amended nnd re-enacted so as to road as follows: SECTION 273. THREE GARBAGE DISTRICTS. Thoro shall bo and there are hereby established within the limits of Salt Lake City, three (3) garbage districts, to be known and designated as Garbage District No. 1, Garbage District No. 2 and ' Garbage District No. 3. Tho Board of Health is hereby empowered em-powered to employ not exceeding sixteen six-teen (1C) men, each with team and wagon, to remove garbage from said districts, under tho following terms and payments: Four men with teams and wagons to haul paper, to bo known as paper wagons, who shall each recelvo not exceeding four dollars and fifty conts ($4.50) per day for each and every day actually employed. One man with team and wagon to haul garbage, to bo known as Wago.i No. 14, who shall receive not exceeding exceed-ing fifteen (15) cents per hundred pounds for ench nnd every hundred pounds of garbage hauled from said district, and deposited at tho garbage station. Elevon men with teams and wagons to haul garbage, to bo known ns wagons Nos. 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 1? and" 10, who shall each recelvo the following price per hundred pounds for each and every hundred pounds of garbngo hauled from said districts and dopositod at tho garbage station, to-wit: Six (G) conts per hundred pounds from November first until April 30th; and seven (7) cents per hundred pounds from May first to November No-vember first of each and every year. SECTION 2. All ordinances and resolutions res-olutions or parts of ordinances and resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to tho extent of such conflict. SECTION 3.
