Be It ordained by tho City Council of . Salt Lake City, Utah: ' Section 1. That tho assessment list mnde by tho City Treasurer as cor- -rected, approved and completed by tho Board of Equalization and Review, heretofore duly aprJlnted by tho City Council for that purpose, of tho property prop-erty In Lots Nos. 4 and 5, Block 3; In Lots 5 and C, Block 18; In Lots 4 and 5, Block 25, all In Plat "B," abutting ' on Seventh East street botweon Eighth South and Ninth South streets; on Sixth South street betweon Sixth East and Sevent' East streets; and on Sixth East street botweon Fifth South and Sixth South streets, in Sower Districts Dis-tricts Nos. 1 and 2, of Salt Lalto City, for the purpose of constructing sowers upon said portions of said streets, Is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned In said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
