AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ordinance granting a franchlso to tho Emigration Canon Railroad Company Com-pany along and across certain streets of Salt Lake City, passed February 4th and approved February 6th, 1908. Section 1. Bo It hereby ordained by tho City Council of Salt Lako City, that said franchlso above referred to is hereby amended by adding thoroto, at tho end of Section 5 of said ordinance, ordi-nance, tho following: "Said Tho Emigration Canon Rail- j! A copy of plat showing switch as located on said Btreot is herewith filed as a part of this ordinanco and mado a part hereof. Section 2. This ordinanco shall take effect upon Its approval.
