Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the stockholders of Ontario Consolidated Gold Mining Company is hereby called to convene at the office of Snyder & Wight, No. 126 David Keith Building, Salt Lake City, Utah, on Monday, the 14th day of March, 1904, at 2 o'clock p. m. Said meeting is called for the purpose of voting vot-ing upon and confirming or rejecting the action of stockholders holding a portion of the stock of said company at the above named place on the 23rd day of February, 1904, at which meeting there was not, during the whole thereof, a full quorum of the issued capital stock represented; also to elect a board of directors to serve for the remainder of the year ending on the first Monday in January, 1905, the regular annual meeting of the stockholders stock-holders which should have been held on the first Monday in January, 1904, having been allowed to pass without any election being held.
