Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments' and appurtenances belonging to the property hereby conveyed, or in any wise thereunto appertaining, and the reversions, remainders, re-mainders, tolls, incomes, rents, issues and profits thereof; and also all the estate, right, title, interest, in-terest, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as equity, of the party of the first part of, in and to the same, and any and every part thereof with the" appurtenances.
