Show K J. C. Lynch has returned from California with K nothing but praise for the healthy growth of Salt H Lake with something to back it up, rejoicing in H the fact that we are not making money by the K Los Angeles method of paying $20,000 for a lot K and collecting $20 a month rent for the house H on it. That is a slow proposition, and though Mf Jack's ice did freeze last winter, he is cheerful, HS even optomistic, over the outlook for this city. Hf He is especially pleased with the many large H deals in realty, such as that made by Mr. Knox HH and Mr. Holmes, and the recent acquisition to ex- H Mayor Thompson's extensive holdings. H Mr. Lynch is authority for the statement that B there is no truth in the rumor that Mr. Holmes H will put up another church on the present site B of the old one formerly owned' by the Methodists. |
