Show NOTICE OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the' provisions provi-sions of the Utah Industrial Facility Development Act, Title 11, Chapter 17, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended (the "Act"), that on August 13, 2001, the County Commission (the "Board") of Garfield County, Utah (the "Issuer") adopted a parameters resolution (the "Initial Parameters Resolution") in which it authorized author-ized the issuance of the Issuer's Revenue Bonds in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($3,500,000). and thereafter the Issuer caused a notice of bonds to be issued to be published. Notice is further given that on January 14, 2002, the Board adopted a supplemental parameters parame-ters resolution designating its $2,000,000 Limited Obligation Revenue Bonds, Series 2002A as the bonds authorized by the Initial Parameters Resolution and authorizing additional bonds to be known as its Limited Obligation Bonds, Series 2002B (the "Series 2002B Bonds") in the aggregate principal amount of not" to exceed One Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,600,000), to bear interest of not more than twelve percent (12.0), to mature in not more than twenty (20) years from their date or dates, and to be sold at a price not less than ninety-eight ninety-eight percent (98) of the total principal amount thereof. The Bonds, pursuant to the Supplemental Parameters Resolution and a Trust Indenture to be adopted authorizing and confirming the sale of the Series 2002B Bonds are to be issued for the purpose of (i) financing, in part, the costs of acquiring ana constructing a building to house offices and treatment . . facilities of the Southwest Utah -: Mental HealthAlcohol and Drug Center ("Southwest Center") and related improvements; improve-ments; (ii) funding a debt serv-! serv-! ice reserve fund; and (iii) paying issuance expenses to be incurred ; in connection with the issuance and sale of the Series 2002B Bonds to the date of delivery. ' -; The Series 2002B Bonds are to be issued and sold by the Issuer pursuant to the Supplemental Parameters Resolution, including as part of ;' said Supplemental parameters Resolution a form of Trust . Indenture, and said Trust Indenture is to be adopted by the Board in such form and with such changes thereto as shall be approved by the Board upon the adoption thereof; provided that the principal amount, interest rate or rates, maturity and discount dis-count of the Series 2002B Bonds will not exceed the maximums maxi-mums set forth above. A copy of the Supplemental Parameters Resolution and the Trust Indenture are on file in the office of the County AuditorClerk of Garfield County, Utah in the Garfield County offices in Panguitch, Utah, where they may be examined exam-ined during regular business hours of the County AuditorClerk from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for a period of at least thirty (30) days from and after the date of publication of this notice.
