Show Cannonville Hovx By Marva Fletcher 679-8521 Don and Louise Mangum went to St. George on Thursday to attend the graduation of a grandson from high schoool. Mel and Phyllis Beard took the five Cub Scouts on a day-hike to Bryce Canyon where they cooked their dinner, hiked and had a good time. Speakers in LDS sacrament meeting on Sunday were stake missionaries mis-sionaries Richard Crawford of the state high council and Cody Brinkerhoff, Brink-erhoff, who recently returned from serving a mission to Brazil. Marva Fletcher's granddaughter Julie Fletcher of West Jordan came back again their week, bringing a girl friend, JoeAnn Leong of Bountiful. Boun-tiful. She couldn't believe the beauty she saw in the pictures Julie took last week and had to see for herself. She said it was "simply breathtaking", something she couldn't even imagine. They plan more trips down during the summer for hiking and photography. George and Ada Thompson came from Las Vegas, Nev., and are spending a few days here at their home. They daughter Sue and granddaughter Beverli DeWalt of Wahington state came for a visit with all the family members. A group of women from Cannonville Can-nonville went to St. George to the LDS Relief Society Temple Social held there on May 20. They said it was a really special experience. Sheena Clark and Christina Moss gradauted from LDS Seminary Semi-nary in Tropic and also from high school at Bryce Valley. Our sincere congratulations to them and all the graduates. It's a great achievement and we wish them all the best for happy and productive lives ahead. LaVera Moss is in the Garfield Memorial Hospital. Ron Mulcahy has moved in to the old Kendall Dutton home and has done a lot of work to restore it. It looks very nice.
