Show DUI Arrest In Panguitch PANGUITCH Panguitch City Police Chief Martin Nay reported re-ported the arrest of Jeffery Alan Olinger, 44 of Panguitch on multiple multi-ple charges around 7 p.m. Sunday evening, Apr. 21. Olinger was charged with driving driv-ing under the influence, no Utah vehicle registration, no insurance, no vehicle inspection, no Utah license li-cense plates, and improper vehicle equipment. His vehicle was impounded and after booking was jailed. Olinger appeared before Justice Stan Foy but remained in custody while the court awaited background information in-formation on earlier DUI charges pending in the Parowan Justice Court. |
