Show Cqnnonvillc News By Marva Fletcher 679-8521 Visiting with Alma and Anita Fletcher this week were son Robert Rob-ert Fletcher and daughter Stephanie Stepha-nie Scott of Mesa, Ariz.; Curtis and Pauline Hansen and their five children of St. George; and Michael Mi-chael Fletcher and his son, Joshua. Michael is currently living liv-ing in Higashi Hiroshima, Japan, which is considered country-side although it has 40,000 people. He and his family drive one hour to church. A 10-minute drive gets Michael to work at Ford of Japan where he is employed as an applications ap-plications Engineer designing air bag sensors. Rimi, Michaels wife, and the baby, Sean were planning to come but were unable to come due to illness. Erica Racker and two sons ;. from St. George spent the previ-l previ-l ous week visiting here. The whole family met in St. George for Thanksgiving dinner and a ; reunion. Desmond and Gretha 1'. Twitchell came home from St. jv George to spend Thanksgiving ' with family members. They are enjoying their LDS Temple work ? and the beautiful Dixie weather. Don and Louise Mangum went g to St. George to spend Thanksgiv- ing with the David Mathews fam-' fam-' ily. Twenty-seven family mem-si mem-si bers gathered there for the dinner 5 and a reunion. From Cannonville were John and Charlotte Mathews and family; Ben and Diane Mathews and family; Kay Dun- ham and family; Derrick Mathews g and family;- arid Darren Mathews and children of Panguitch J At Vaughn and Mae Twitchell's for the holiday were Ronald and Leah Twitchell, their daughter and son-in-law Paul Sweat; daughter Allison and her little daughter, Leah; Ron's daughter Angie; Cherlyn Twitchell; and Carl and Lori Munford and family. Cami has just had "the very worst chemo treatment of all", and is feeling much better which is a great blessing that we can all be thankful thank-ful for. Marty and Ethel Rich and son, Rusty, have spent the last few weeks attending the High School Rodeo, "Dixie Six" in St. George where Rusty is involved in team-roping. team-roping. He loves the training program pro-gram and has done very well in it. Clele Fletcher was able to spend two days at home, returning to the Care Center at night. Other family members home for the holiday were Rosie Fletcher, Cedar City, and Rex and Leslie Fletcher and children, Julie, Jessica, Jaime, Joshua, Jared and Jackie of West Jordan. Friday, the children and grandchildren grand-children were given a choice: they could either rake leaves or put up the Christmas lights. Needless to say the leaves remain but the grandparents' home is pretty well lighted. Speakers in LDS Sacrament Meeting last Sunday were Kathy Fletcher, a counselor in the Esca-lante Esca-lante Stake Young Womens Organization Or-ganization and High Council member, Vard Coombs.
