Show Henrieville News By Sarah Rose 679-8777 Ken Goulding has been transferred from the hospital in Provo to the Extended Care Center in Panguitch. He would appreciate any visits. The Ken Piatt family made a trip to Provo. They camped out, did school shopping, went to Seven Peaks and had a real good time. We appreciate all the hours that Doyle Nielson and Frankie Moore have spent working at the cemetery to make it look nice. Everyone should stop by the cemetery to see what a great job they have done. Robert and Helen Willis made a trip to Salt Lake City for doctors appointment and everything is just fine. They also enjoyed a visit from Helen's brothers three grandchildren. Daniel and Sarah Rose enjoyed a visit from her sister, Sylvia Henderson and two of her children, Eli and Amber. The Hendersons live in Henderson, Nev. The Matt Wetzel family has been enjoying a visit from their daughter, Carol De Nittis and her son, Tommy from Sayreville, N.J. Tommy has really been enjoying experiencing the country life. Thorley Johnson made a trip to St. George to attend the missionary report of grandson, Sam Johnson. Sam served his LDS mission in Russia. He is a son of Harry and Demerie Johnson. Nathan and Lori Piatt made a trip to Las Vegas to spend some time visiting her grandparents. Other than the weather being extremely hot, they had a very nice time. Delpha Rose enjoyed a short visit from her granddaugher, Lena Rose. Lena is a daughter of Collin and Laurie Rose of Annabella. There was a groan heard throughout the town as the school age children made their way back to school. Many people enjoyed success at the Garfield County Fair this year. The Daniel Rose family brought home ribbons and trophies for their duck entries. The Klin Chynoweth boys brought home a stack of ribbons for their horsemanship competitions. Shelly Chynoweth brought home many ribbons and the overall championship for her category in the horsemanship competitions. Congratulations to all who took part. |
