I hope that it will a very special .year for all the great people here in ,this valley. ,' Max and Phyllis Stewart had a lot of fun with their two grandsons on Christmas morning. They had -all of the family together except son Slate, who is serving an LDS mission. Phyllis said that all had to return home the next day. Son Chance went to a Jazz game with friends, so she and Max were alone. .Phyllis got some great news that made her Christmas extra special. Visiting with Brett and Jessica Palmer were Jessica's parents David and Resa Trout. They are moving 'to Atlanta, Ga. and were thankful they could come by and spend Christmas with their grandchildren, Taylor and Hagen. Ruth and Mateland Baugh were with daughter Kelly and husband Birch Moore and family on Christmas Christ-mas Eve in Santa Clara. Then they came home Christmas day and son Dallen, wife Kathern Baugh and children joined them for the holidays. holi-days. Son Justin joined the family, also. - " Gayle Lynn and Marie Pollock" and children spent a few days with Marie's parents in Orem. Dean and Erma Wintch went to Orem to see their grandson before he left for Oregon on his mission. Erma had made a quilt for him to use up there in the cold country. Most of the Syrett family attended at-tended the Salt Lake City Temple where Chrishel and Tim Leach were 1 sealed by one of Rod's mission Presidents. Attending the blessing of Clint, and Stephanie Brinkerhoffs baby boy were Raymond and Ronnie Brinkerhoff, Ferrell and son Jeff Brinkerhoff, and Rod and Kathern. Syrett, the blessing was in Can-nonville. Can-nonville. Visiting with Adrain and Glenna Pollock were Vee and Gwen Pollock Pol-lock from Chicago Illinois. At the Alfred and Toni Fosters were daughter Tina and husband Craig Brown from Cedar City. Val and Suzi Shakespear and family visited with Marian and Malen Mecham. Shirley Haycock had grandson Eric, wife, Stephanie, and son Killey visit her so she could see her great-grandson for the first time. They live in Moab. Lucky and, ; Sandra Cox and children were on hand to admire and enjoy them also. (See Tropic On Page 5-A) Tropic News . From Page 4-A Visiting April and Layne Le-Fevre Le-Fevre was April's sister Debbie Johnson and girls from Parowan. Lester and Vertis Clarke visited with Ivan and Tori Clarke in Salem over Christmas. Then Ivan, Tori and family came home for a few days. At Shawn and Chrystal Morten-sen's Morten-sen's were Nancy and Lyle Morten-sen Morten-sen from Cedar City. They came to attend the Christmas program that was so special. |
