PUBLIC NOTICE The Garfield Memorial Hospital is obligated by law to provide a reasonable amount of care without charge to eligible people who cannot can-not afford care. The free care is available on a first request basis until the hospital's annual compliance compli-ance level is met. For 1990, the compliance level has been determined deter-mined to be $37,734. Eligibility for free care is limited to people whose family income is less than the current poverty income guidelines guide-lines established by the Community Communi-ty Services Administration and who are not covered by third party insurance plans.
