Show No Prosecution In Rape Arrest , The Garfield County Attorney's office has decided not to prosecute for lack of evidence in the arrest of a man on June 7 as a rape suspect. John Fullmer III was arrested about 4 a.m. on June 7 at a Panguitch Pan-guitch trailer residence where he had been staying with relatives. A complaint had been called in by the alleged 18-year-old victim from a neighbor's house. She was transported trans-ported by Panguitch police to Garfield Memorial Hospital where she was able to provide a description descrip-tion of her alleged assailant, leading to the subsequent arrest of Fullmer by Chief Martin Nay and officer Kevin Moore. He was booked into the county jail and appeared before Judge Stan Foy. He invoked his rights and was assigned Public Defender Kent Winward.
