Show Henrie ville (j) Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Johnson have their grandson Nathan Asay of Bountiful here visiting them. Visiting here for a week with parents Mr. and Mrs. Robert Willis were Mr. and Mrs. Larry and Marie Head, Boise, Ida. Robyn Callahan and daughter Crystal Callahan have moved to Aurora. Robyn is working at the Quality Motel in Richfield. Collette Mathews took her parents Mr. and Mrs. David Rose to Provo where David had tests run. Scott Mathews came in first in his division in the Rim Run at Bryce. John Brown had the cast removed from his leg so he was able to run. Peggy Boren is here with her parents Mr. and Mr. Irving Rose while her husband is in Wyoming fighting fires. Loise Izatt and Camille Izatt were here from Salt Lake City visiting their mother Mary Carol Izatt and grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Kay Clark. Andy and Shauna Mortensen, Page, Ariz., have moved here and will live in the Virginia Smith home. Andy is driving truck for Kaibab Industries. The young adults of the three Bryce Valley LDS wards met together to-gether for the "Cowboy Jubilee" held at Ruby's Inn. It was followed with a dance and refreshments at Tropic. Mr. and Mrs. John Clark attended at-tended funeral services in Clarkston for an aunt on his father's side of family. Suzanne Griffin and son David of Midland, Tex., visited here with Besthene Griffin. They came for a family gathering at Cedar City with her mother Hope Wintch. Visiting here with Rhoda Shafer were Mr. and Mrs. Dave Millett, Enoch, and Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Henderson, Washington. Dar Smith was here at sister Janet LeFevre's visiting while wife Helen was visiting her father Earl Jolley. Lucy Fontz celebrated her 99th birthday on Aug. 25. She lives with her son and daughter-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Arden Allen. Visiting at the Lee Smith home were Mr. and Mrs. Bart Smith and Ben Smith. Ben is now manger of Pizza Hut in Cedar City. Eliza Porter and son Bryan Porter were here from Iona, Ida., visiting Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Goulding. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Goulding, Jr. had Julie Helquist and son here from Echo Bay, Nev., for a week. |
