Show Walk America Was A Hucfe Sccess PANGUITCH Sponsors of Saturday's WalkAmerica for the March of Dimes announced a very successful fund raising event, taking tak-ing in just over S500 for their cause. Some 30 young people, a mother strolling her baby and lots its success. Escort service to protect pro-tect the young walkers was provided pro-vided by the Panguitch City Police Department. Treats along the way were provided by Garfield Memorial Memo-rial Hospital. A lunch of hot dogs and trimmings trim-mings was served when the walk ended at 1 p.m. Florence Halhcock provided a pick-up service throughout through-out the walk as young trckkcrs simply sim-ply wore out. Suzanne Mullcnaux assisted Jennifer Brcmncr in counting count-ing the funds at the end of the drive and several businesses donated coupons redeemable by the young- o stcrs to add to the dayVcitemcnt. Also helping wciKim and ' Brenda Sanders, Bradid Sharlce Reeves, Juliannc MulUux, EMTs at the scene and manjthcr generous gener-ous volunteers. |
