Show DUI Charges Made In Local Court , Gary Garth Sorenson, 27, Rich-, Rich-, field, was arrested Tuesday night at i 11 p.m. on Main Street by Panguitch 1 Police Chief Martin Nay on routine ; patrol. , Nay observed that the tail lights ! ' on Sorenson's 1972 Dodge cabover f H tractor were not operating and stopped him in his vehicle. A check on Sorenson's drivers license revealed that he was driving under a suspended license. Nay also observed ob-served an open container in the tractor. 8 He took Sorenson to Garfield , 1 1 County Jail where an intoxilyzer test was administered. Sorenson was subsequently booked for DUI, driving with a suspended license, pen container and inoperable tail lights. He was incarcerated in the Garfield County Jail with "raignment pending. |
