Show Jessie Werner CIRCLEVILLE Jessie Werner, age 91, died January 11, 1994 at her home in Circleville. She was born Dec. 7, 1902 in Circleville, Cir-cleville, a daughter of Chester William and Sarah Dozina Gottfredson Allen. She married Bcrlhold S. Werner, April 10, 1946 in New York, N.Y. He died July 14, 1948. Jessie went to high school in Circleville and Cedar City. She attended at-tended the Murdock Academy in Beaver and the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. She taught elementary ele-mentary school. She was a member Allen L. Simkins CIRCLEVILLE Allen L. Simkins, 74, of Circleville, died January 15, 1994 in Richfield. He was Piute County Sheriff for 20 years and also a cattle rancher and farmer. His survivors include: wife, Phyllis Simkins; children, Dr. Allen F. Simkins, Phillis H. Simkins and Pamela Robison; eight grandchildren, grandchil-dren, five great-grandchildren, eight of the LDS Church, serving in various vari-ous auxiliaries. She is survived by her son and his wife, Bcrlhold W. and Maria A. Wcinstcin of Livcrmorc, Calif.' granddaughters, Elizabeth and Karen Wcinstcin both of San Diego, Calif, and a brolhcr, Lcc Allen of Circleville. . Memorial services were held Sunday, Jan. 16, 1994 at the family home in Circleville. Burial will take place at a later date in the Circleville Cir-cleville Cemetery. Services were handled by SpringerTurner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina. brothers and sisters. Burial was in the Circleville Cemetery with military rites provided pro-vided by the Piute American Legion Le-gion Post 7561, under the direction direc-tion of Ncal S. Maglcby & Sons Mortuary, Richfield. |
