PUBLIC NOTICE CSBG APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED The Five County Association of Governments announces they are accepting applications for FY 1996 Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funds for fiscal year 1996. These monies will be made available to Southwestern Utah for the period October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996. These funds are designed to assist low income residents and are to be used to impact im-pact the causes of poverty in the local lo-cal area.
