NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH GREATER HATCH COUNTY SERVICE AREA Notice Is Hereby Given That on Sept. 19, 1988, the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Utah, adopted a Resolution declaring that the public health, convenience and necessity require the establishment of a County Service Area, to be called "Greater Hatch County Service Area" (the "Area"), for the purpose of providing recreation facilities and services within the boundaries of the Area. The Resolution also provides for a public hearing to be held at the Garfield County Courthouse in Panguitch, Utah, at 10 a.m. on the 21st day of November, 1988. Description Of The Proposed Area The Area shall have the following follow-ing boundaries: That area bounded by the North by the Junction of S.R. 12 and U.S. 89,'on the west by Mammoth Creek Fish Hatchery, on the South by the County line, and on the East by the Dixie National Forest boundary. If, within thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the hearing, over twenty-five percent (25) of the registered voters of the territory proposed to be included within the Area or the owners of over 40 percent per-cent of the taxable value of the taxable tax-able property included within the proposed Area file written protest against the establishment of the proposed Area or against the specified speci-fied type of service to be provided within the Area with the County Clerk, the Board is required by law, in the former instance, to abandon the proposed establishment of the Area, or to eliminate the type of service objected to, from the ordinance ordi-nance finally establishing the Area. Tuesday's breakfast will be french toast, bacon, eggs, milk, juice or coffee. Seniors will be served pork, chops, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli, rolls, applesauce, and milk or coffee on Wednesday. Thursday's evening meal will feature baked ham, scalloped potatoes, pota-toes, beets, rolls, fruit, carrot cake, milk or coffee.
