Show In Tho Justice Court Justlco Huntor had two cases up for hearing Tuesday. Tho first was a complaint against Arthur Hawkins and J. T. Lnrabeo for fighting, and tho other ww R. E. Leo charged with taking coal from tho D. & R. G, cars. Hawkins plead guilty to fighting, but tho sentence was not passed un. til tho county nttornoy could bo con. jferred with. Larabee plead not guilty, and ho was released on a bond of $100. Tho caso will como up lator. Tho two men got into a quarrel over somo cows, which led to a flR'it Sunday, which terminated only after both men had been beat- 'en up nnd tholr clothing torn. Robt. E. IjCo also plead not guilty, and ho nlso was rolcnsed on bonds. His caso will probaby como up to. day. It Is alloged that ho took coal from cars of tho D. & R.
