Show Cannonville ' Mr. and Mrs. William Nelson were In St. George to see their new grandson. He was born Sept. 22 and is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Nelson of Lodgandale, Nev. Betty Nielson is in the hopsital in Cedar City. She fell and broke her hip. Mr. and Mrs. Danny Chynoweth have moved to Richfield where Danny will attend school. Julie Elmer fell and broke her leg and is in Garfield Memorial Hospital In Panguitch. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Reynolds of Escalante are here visiting the Lark RovnnMc Dorothy Leavitt and daughter Kelly were in Salt Lake City to visit the Howard Leavitt Jrs.; the Richard Leavitts and the Montie Wests. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Johnson, Las Vegas, Nev. are visiting the Norm LeFevres. Kelly Leavitt and Scott Moss left Sunday for Cedar City where they will attend Southern Utah State College. Mr. and Mrs. George Thompson and Laurie Dea Holley were in Cedar City for the birthday of their sister Julia. Janet LeFevre of Henrievlile accompanied them. Bonnie Willis is a patient in Garfield Memorial Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Mumford of Cedar City spent the weekend with the Vaughn Twitchells. The Twit-chells had their 40th wedding anniversary Sept. 21. Mae Twitchell and daughter Arjean spent Monday in Cedar City on business. Dave Evans was in the Garfield Memorial Hospital twice last week for blood transfusions. Sheldon Clark spent last week in Salt Lake City visiting friends and relatives. John Fletcher and Joyce Werner of Boulder City spent the weekend with the Clele Fletchers. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Thompson, Mrs. Melda Davis and Debra Clarke took a group of MIA young men and women to the St. George Temple for baptisms. Brenda Shakespeare, Ethel Rich and Arjean Twitchell hosted a bridal shower for Tina Benton of Bryce Canyon. |
