Show COUNCIL HOLDS BUSY SESSION The City Council met In regular session with all members present Baturda night. A. F. Parduhn asked to have an understanding how much water he was entitled to, to run his mill. The matter was referred to the irrigation committee to Investigate, Tho water users' of the Jensen ditch petitioned for help in repairing repair-ing said ditch, as it was used part of tho tlnw by the city. On motion tho city ngreed to stand half of the expense of repairing tho ditch. James Petersen petitioned that a flumo bo built for water across the waste ditch noar h!s property. Tho matter was referred to the Irrigation committee for Investigation. V. N. Wost petitioned that the city repair Drove Crook load. Oa motion the. petition was granted and the street and irrigation commltteo In&tructcd to proceed with he work. Charles Olson petitioned for tho repair of a culvert over the waste ditch southwest of' his property. This petition was also granted and referred to tho street committee for rct!cn.
