Show Burglary Nets Parolee More Prison Time Ernest Jiminez was sentenced from to up to five years at the state prison from which he had been paroled only last March where he was serving time for second degree felony theft. Jiminez was arrested and charged following a burglary last August which took place at JB Enterprises, an Indian jewelry and gift store on Main Street in Panguitch. Stolen property valued at upwards of $6,400 was recovered when Jiminez was apprehended. Jiminez had previously entered a motion to suppress information which was denied. He subsequently changed his plea to guilty and was sentenced to the new prison term. |
