Show notjceto. wAteru'sers The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Location in SLB&M. a-11747 (89-1223) John Walter Ahlstrom, Tropic, Ut proposes to change the point of diverison of 14.5 ac. ft. out of a total of 29.0 ac. ft. q water as evidenced by Water Users Claims 89-1223, 89-1227. The water has been diverted from Riding Spring Area, at a point S. 250 ft. E. 160 ft. from Wy4 Cor. Sec. 23, T36S, R3W; and used for the domestic purposes of 2 families, stockwatering 4 cattle, 4 sheep; and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 6.85 acs. in EV&SWy Sec. 23, T36S, R3W. Hereafter, 14.5 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 65 ft. deep, at a point S. 130 ft. E. 74 ft. from VtV Cor. Sec. 23, T36S, R3W (Tropic Area); and used for the domestic purposes of 1 family, stock-watering 2 cattle, 2 sheep; and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 14.975 acs., but limited to the sole supply of 3.425 acs. in same as heretofore. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 231 E. 400 S., SLC, Ut 8411, on or before June 20, 1981. Dee C.
